INSTRUCTIONS
· Pretreatment: The substrate surface shall be degreased and dried. Corona treatment can improve the bonding effect.
· Preheat: Use suitable heating equipment to preheat the adhesive. .It is recommended to preheat at 100℃ for 20 to 30 minutes.
· Operat: Use suitable heating equipment for heating sizing. It is recommended that the heating temperature not exceed 120℃.
· Curing: After cooling and curing, the product can reach relatively high strength in a short time. It absorbs moisture to complete the second curing, the full curing time of 24 hours to 3 days. The curing speed and curing rate will vary with the thickness of the film and the permeability of the substrate.
In order to ensure the normal performance of the product, the adhesive that solidifies due to cooling down should not be heated again.
This product needs to be cured by absorbing moisture, usually reaching the final bonding strength after 1 to 3 days.It is recommended to perform glue performance tests after 24 hours.
The viscosity of this product will increase with the increase of heating time. It is recommended that the continuous heating time should not exceed 8 hours after putting into the manufacturing process.
STORAGE
· Store in a cool and dry environment, away from direct sunlight. The recommended storage temperature is 8℃ to 25℃. Keep away from fire and heat sources. Under the condition, the product shelf life is 6 months.
· The product is packed with isolated air. Before use, confirm the integrity of the aluminum film. Damage will lead to solidification and deterioration of the product.
· Do not contact with steam, water, alcohol and other alcohol solvents.
